Now the question is....how is that related to key started bikes? Or am I
just taking it too seriously?
Oddly enough I had a similar problem on my BMW /5. The heat would cause the
positive connecrion on the battery to loosen. I'd hit the starter and ther
would be one *click* and the whole bike would die like a fuse was blown.
This may not be your exact problem, but I would look at and expansion
related connection loss or ground fault.

After just one phone call to Mark he diagnosed it as having the wrong size jets in the carbuerator. Changed the jets this past weekend and the bike now runs on 2 cylinders. (Thanks Mark!) Now, the original problem of the bike not starting after a run has cropped back up. So, now I have to solve this problem.
