I just went into Moto Int'l this weekend to order a pair. They are out of
stock currently.
I did discover in my stash a late model flip choke that gets mounted on the
valve cover. Much shorter cable run. I'll have to fab a mount for it but
I'll probably use it.

Where can I get such items; what do I aske for, "carb mounted chokes??". I replaced the old style lever choke device with the with the little levers (pumpers?) that sit on the carbs. They seem to work great without having to deal with a 30+ year old cable system. I still have to use the choke(s) unless it is hotter than hell outside, which we will be experiencing directly.
