Huh? You can't see the place where the choke (enrichening valve) seals. The only way to verify is to inspect the rubber disk at the bottom of the choke plunger and to insure that the outer cable jacket has at least 1/16" slack when the choke is off. You could easily have adjusted the choke cables too tight on both carbs.
How about you remove the choke bodies, disconnect the cables, reinsert the choke bodies and ride it that way for a day to insure that the choke bodies are sealing down?
