That sounds a lot simpler, chokes sitting on top of each carb. Where =
can I get such items; what do I aske for, "carb mounted chokes??". =

Chris,
Sounds just like mine. I replaced the old style lever choke device =
with the with the little levers (pumpers?) that sit on the carbs. They =
seem to work great without having to deal with a 30+ year old cable =
system. I still have to use the choke(s) unless it is hotter than hell =
outside, which we will be experiencing directly.
