I think the company is called V-Twin. They make a generic shock adjusting
wrench. This is what I have been using over the years. Works good. It sounds
like your in the Detroit area. Try some local shops, Walkabout, Double A are
some I would start, see if they have any.
I think Tom or Gary here in Detroit were making a cool tool. Hey! don't I
get one of those! Anyways, if they got their ears on, maybe that's an option
for you. or email me off list, maybe we can work something out.

Tried heating them with a small propane torch. This is when I was
attempting the heat/lubricate and heat/wax tests.
Perhaps I did not apply enough heat over a long enough period.
Problem is, the only tool left is the ole Pipe Wrench. There must be a
better (common) tool to acquire. I called MG Cycle and Harpers, they do not
stock, or know of a place that does, the original style tool.
