I really do not use any tire dressings and keep the bike garaged. Before I
had the K70's on my eldo, I had the contis blitz which cracked and the ones
on my wife's Ambo cracked. The summer heat and humidity is brutal here, not
to mention the pollution. That may play a part.

My Uncle was a big fan of Armor-All back in the day and was always complaining that his tires (car and bike) cracked before they wore out. Once he stopped using it, the problem disappeared. Armor-All has changed the formulation of the product since way back then I understand. Just a thought. I've heard positive remarks about the Bridgestone Spitfire S11s, may try a set myself.
