I've seen several problems with old 2 into 1 cable set ups on Loops. All
cured by retro fitting twin cable Tomaselli units as fitted to 70/80's
Guzzis.
Easier to set up and if either cable snaps you still get home. Prudent
riders only need carry 1 spare too.

The normal tension of the throttle shouldn't be enough to pop that ball out continuously. As others have mentioned, it might be a throttle cable going bad. However before you go out and buy new cables, check the cable splitter attached to the frame rail under the tank. If this is gummed up it could be the source of the problem, and a good lube might be a cheap fix. John Prusnek ============================================================ Learn over lunch.
