You don't want to use pure aluminum as it would be way too soft and weak.
That's why they alloy it.
But if you were thinking of pouring it into the holes, I assume the bike is
still apart so that you could pour down the hole ? If so maybe you want to
consider having a weld shop weld it up and then a machine shop re-drill and
tap it. A competent weld shop should be able to weld the aluminum up no
problem. There's an expense there but the end result would be like new.
