When I put any sort of fastener onto a euro/asian bike, I use metric. I
know some of you have put standard on some things. I've had several
bikes where the previous owner has used standard bolts and nuts. It does
get a bit goofy when you are trying to make a metric socket fit over a
standard bolt/nut. Just my two cent worth. I am a bit strange though...
Do any of you all live in the Chicago area? Our group has something
happening on Wed night. Ping me off list.
