I go by the 10% increase rule. Measure cold tire pressure, ride long enough
to bring tire to operating temperature & measure pressure again. You should
have a 10% increase in pressure. If the increase is below 10% you started out
with to high a pressure & the tire is running to cold. If the increase is
more than 10% you started with low pressure & the tire is running to hot.
