Subject: carrier bearing

I'm taking apart the swingarm of my '69 Ambo, having trouble getting
the U-joint carrier bearing out of the swingarm housing. I know it's an
interference fit. I've tried heating the housing, cooling the bearing
and it doesn't budge. The last one I did fell out by itself. This one's
got me going 'Hmmmm?...
Does anyone have a favorite trick for this?
