Fair enough. The old racer trick for crank case venting is to stick a tube
on and route it as vertical/uphill as possible and stick some copper wool,
scotch brite pad, etc in the tube. Then the tube doesn't have to be so long.
I just read in the tips sheets to use a gas line filter.

It doesn't look bad at all. In fact, it looks like it should be there. I drilled the hole large enough to tap for a 6mm fitting intended for a carb sync appartus. It's in there now. The tubing cannot be seen for more than about three inches before it disappears behind the sidecover. However. now that I've tested it on a 50 mile run I will substitute the clear tubing for a piece of appropriate diameter braided fuel line. Looks better. and now, no more oil dribbles on the case.
