Tim,
Doesn't take much. I know that when I am balancing the carbs and I pull =
the tube off the inlet hole. The bike doesn't want to run at all. As =
soon as I stick the tube on again the bike is fine.=20
I think Rick said he tried that though....unless he didn't spray around =
the gaskets and he only sprayed around the carb.=20
Rick...just remember to not over tighten the carb manifolds. They are =
soft and you can crack them. Use a little Permatex and snug them down.

I had this problem when I bought the Mikuni kit for my Commando from =
Sonny Angel. He manufactured a manifold to mount the single carb in =
place of the Amals. It acted like that, until I found it was leaking =
where it bolted to the head.
