Subject: New home for the Loop List?

I think it's time to move the list from Topica. Trying to keep everyones
subscription fully functional is driving me nuts with Topica. We've
discussed this once before, but I didn't take notes - any suggestions as
to where to move it? Then the question is how to move everyone? This is
a bit over my head. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Cheers,
