Hi Ted,

Although our headlight shells are deep, it is possible to get a
headlight that will not fit correctly in the space...essentially pushing
the fuses out - or at least dislodging them a bit when you ride. So, you
might just want to double check to see if that is possible with your
headlight.

I think this problem is most common with the halogen headlight shells.
For example, MG Cycle sells two versions - the Bosch will fit the
Ambo/Eldo headlight shell while the other will not.

I took out all the fuses and coated each end with a dab of
di-lectric grease. Same for all the bullet connectors. But I got
the same result a few miles into a ride stopped running.
Removing the headlight "seemed" to fix it, but maybe just a
coincidence. Using a standard sealed beam headlight and
connector so don't *think* its too large. I need to put a tiny
person in there while I ride who can observe things.
