Run the solenoid wire start to the battery by-passing the voltage reg. The
starter will begin to crank.
Also check you ground wire off the battery for a good connection.

Hi guys,
Iam having a starting problem with my Eldo. When I hit my starter button
the starter turns very slowly like the battery has no juice.I replaced
the battery and still have the problem.Next I swapped out the starter
with one that works fine.Still turning over very slowly.Iam wondering if
this could be a voltage regulator problem?Has anyone had this
problem?Any help would be greatly appreciated.
