not Mark, but an ez-out is a reverse threaded bit that you drill into
the old bolt and twist it out. they are quite hard (and brittle), so
you don't want to accidently snap it off inside the bolt -- it is
impossible to redrill. I''ve had some success using a dremel tool to
put a notch into the end of the bolt and then use an impact driver to
whack it out.
