I suppose that's the best way to say it.
Why do I get up on a cold morning and go out into a cold shed and put on
a cold helmet and cold jacket and cold gloves and get on a cold,
sputtering bike, and get to work with my knees and nose and toes really
cold?
Because when I pop over the hill at work and see the the parking lot
which has been FULL of cruisers and gold things and mid-life crises all
summer and fall, and see that it's empty, and I'm the ONLY one that had
the __________s (enter your word here) to ride a motorcycle on this cold
frosty day, I go "EEEE-hee-hee-hee-hee" and I go around grinning all day
long....
Inexplicable otherwise.
