Hi Ian,
The holes with dowels go up according to the illustration in the Premier manual. Thought they did but wanted to double check myself. Cheers,

Thanks all, I think I am tracking now. Bearing sits in the flange. The pins are what keep that bearing from spinning in the flange. The flange itself is bolted to the case. Got it! Thanks again....Ian
