Yes! I have a ground under the cable adjuster/splitter, looks original to
me.
Thanks for the good advise on the velocity stacks. Will get them machined
off ! K& N filters are to costly to replace so will put up with taking carbs
on and off!

I know that the bolts that hold the battery tray to the tranny serve this function, and that the regulator is grounded to one of the toolbox bolts, and that the rear fender should be grounded to complete the circuit for the taillight.
