There must be something in the air. The starter
on my 73 Eldo puked on me too.
I got it started for the first time this season, and was
running rough. Took it out for a spin to get the cobwebs
out and a couple miles down the road she killed.
Hit the starter button and nada. I got lights and plenty
of battery, but nothing....no click....nothing.
I pulled the gas tank off to check wires, but it all
looks intact, even if somewhat cobbled together.
It has turned over no problems before, no hesitation
or delay.
I have no idea what the hell I am doing, but I am gonna
start pulling shit apart to see what kind of trouble I can
get into. Any suggestions will be appreciated, as
I am a moron when it comes to this stuff.
