Check your timing 1st. I think mine is off a bit which can cause the
hesitation. 2nd, can be weak springs as stated below. Was a big topic
a few weeks ago. I just went ahead and bought a rebuilt Marelli from
Moe at Cycle Garden, $125. Haven't had the total stop while cranking
like I did before, but it still seems to give me a very very slight
hesitation, but I think fixing the timing will cure that.
