I thought the resistor "R" coding on plugs was required by certain
electronic ignition systems. Obviously not required on Loops.

Mark-
Has NGK stopped offering the BP6ES or is it a distribution prob? Btw,
that
 plug is now listed by NGK as a 7333. I assume that if ya use the BPR6ES,
you need to not use the resistor wire ends? Does it even really matter?
If
 I ever get my handlebars back from the chromers, I'll experiment.
Fuelie models are probably sensitive that they need the electronic
"noise" supression from a resistor plug...but why not just use the
resistor
 end caps?

The only plugs I use are BPR6ES,Cant get BP6ES anymore,the only
difference
 
 is
the R stands for resistor which you should run on fuel injected
bikes,dont
 
 know why,thats what i have heard and read,any truth or insight on this?I
run
these plugs in all my cars also,1275 to 1380 A series,mild to wild motors
in
my Mini,Bugeye,Morris Traveller.Mark.Moto Guzzi Classics
