Hi Pete,
Looks like there is lots of comapnies that deal with this type coating. Type
"cermakrome" into the subject heading of Yahoo and you will know lots :-)
Lots of header and muffler work done too. Also...looks like they work with
rusty parts too. Could breath life back into the old rusty headers I have
here.....I'm glad I didn't chuck them.
I was thinking that I might get them finished in black. What is the general
thoughts on that? Do you think that it would look good or should I stay with
the chrome? Just thinking of options.....what about Pewter...eh Andy? :-)

Ian That's interesting. My first reaction to ceramics is a concern about brittleness. Question them closely about the coatings' resistance to stress cracking. Its encouraging that a car exhaust was referred to though. Keep us posted Pete |
