Hi Paul,
Can't seem to find a physical address for the Fire Dept. (on whose
grounds the rally is held) or any of the local businesses. New
Cumberland isn't very big - follow WV2 North from Weirton. If your map
program shows railroad tracks, I believe the rails that run north along
the river and WV2 only cross WV2 right at the rally site. Don't know if
that helps any...
