I stayed at the Holiday Inn in Steubenville last week, it's not a bad place and it has a nice Damons bar/restaurant in it. Easy to find and not too far from New Cumberland, either.

Stayed at the Inn Town 2 yrs. and was not impressed. One year got a room in the basement with three beds (one was too soft, one too hard, the other just right - why we nicknamed it the Goldielocks Room) no heat and very little hot water. Next year got one on the upper back - much better, but still only about a 1* rating. Used to be a great little B&B in Chester just off the main drag.
