That was my problem. The barrel inside of the rubber
grip is very short, shorter then the grip itself. The
end of the rubber grip was dragging on the handle bar.
I cut a small (1"?) length of thin plastic tubing,
from a medicine bottle actually, greased it, and slid
it between the grip and the bar. Now it works like
Japan.
Charley, where did you get Sophia's seat? I've seen
seats like that before, but this is the first time I
really like the look. For some reason it looks good on
her. (I have a friend named Sophia: she just defended
her doctoral dissertation in religion and is beginning
a master's in computer modeling. She's tough but
pretty, just like your Sophia.)
