I sent all that + more to South Bay Chrome in Santa Ana, CA
800-434-9269. Fair prices, I found no one in Minnesota to do it.
Priority Mail gets the lighter stuff to CA in 2-3 days, usually a two
week turnaround time in the off season, some stuff was out in a week!!!
