If your friend put sleves,without a shoulder on top,and didnt put 3 thou
clearance,piston could be starting to seize and pull sleave down to where its
hitting the crank,then getting banged back up,have seen this twice,both sides of
one bike,professional Harley did this job for his buddy free,why would anyone
knurl guides?unless you are just trying to get by a few months,best to take it
apart and do it correctly,piston cyl kit from mg cycle,heads done with NEW
guides,Mark
