I think they are not rebuildable. Get Koni 7610s, or the Ikon
equivalent.

No, they are not Koni's. Instead, they are the other, more common type
made by Finza (I can't really make out the spelling).

Hey Mark, I may do just that when I get sick of the "el cheapo"
shocks
I
have on the Ambo right now. But, the rebuilding question get's more
toward the tinkering side in me that just likes to figure stuff out.
Perhaps it's more trouble (or more money) than it's worth to rebuild
a
pair of 30+ year old shocks. But if it's not, then I'll be able to
entertain myself for hours!
