Subject: Rebuild rear shocks / dampers

What is involved in rebuilding the rear shocks and/or dampers? It is my
understanding that certain things can be taken apart, seals replaced,
etc. Short of floundering my way through my first attempt, can anyone
provide some advice? Thanks.
