Donny, See Paul Linns response and probably go with that. I don't want to
tell you something and have your bike get screwed up. I have taken just the
front cable off and things have been OK but that's just me. Paul is right,
it is more work but then you are sure you won't screw stuff up. Sorry, Bob

Bob, Thanks for the reply. I had already gotten that far - my question, more specifically, is how do I unhook the upper cable from the inside of the barrel? I've disconnected the cable from the throttle and loosened the adjuster on the top of the barrel as much as possible. With the lower cables intact, I'm not able to pull the connector all the way out of the top of the barrel. I know the bottom of the barrel unscrews as well, but to do this I'd have to disassemble the lower halves, which is what I'm trying to avoid since I just rebuilt the carbs and put it all back together.
