i run .15 and .25 and they're noisy as hell...but it runs strong - so i guess that's the draw back..i'm prety used to the ticking noise..

Don't use tighter settings. Chances are burnt valves. The workshop manual for Eldorado and police models says: Normal rocker clearence (cold engine): - inlet 0.15mm - outlet 0.25mm
It's the same on my Ambo. I've just adjusted mine, and the PO had them set far to tight, the bike was running very bad unless it ran with choke lever activated all the time. Now it's running smoothly as its supposed to.
