Bob-
what ya do is 1] remove petcocks and plug the holes] partly fill
the tank with soapy hot water 2] drop a chunk of chain into the tank
[some guys use nuts and bolts- a pita to remove them all] 3] shake
vigoursly 4] remove the plugs, drain the crap out, and remove the
chain [fish it out with a coathanger, if it doesn't fall out 5] rinse
repeatly with clean hot water. a variation on this theme is to use a
mild muratic acid for the cleaning agent [wear rubber gloves!]

I had a similar problem after using Cream Tank liner. It took
it a year to develop. I had to clean the tank out, because the tank
lining was coming loose and clogging the petcocks. I will never use
thart stuff again! Greg
