Just finished putting mine together, the two O rings for the short studs go
under the base gasket, arrows DO point to the exhaust , one side will be at
12 oclock the other at 6. One drop of motor oil on the piston skirt below the
rings spread around. The ring with the notch goes in the second landing w/
notch towards the pin. Mine started after a few cranks. Be sure to clean out
the small holes for the valve train, I pumped oil into the rocker pins. GO
SLOW and keep it clean. Dale
