Depends on how you're holding it. Don't you mean that those orings go
between the gasket and the cylinder? By saying "under" maybe you are viewing
the cylinder upside down in your hand? I think you have to put the gasket
onto the block, then add the two o-rings, then slide the cylider into place.
ISTR that they chamfer which accepts the o-ring is in the cylinder casting,
not in the engine casting.
