I had the same pressure problem. After a couple GENTLE taps to that
area of the styrofoam with the round end of a ball-peen hammer, no
more pressure. Sure, I may have reduced the protection for my
forehead infinitesimally, but not enough to make a live-or-die
difference in a crash. If I'm gonna wear a full-face, which I rarely
do on my Eldo, it's gotta be a quiet one.

Yeah they are noisy. The only other full faced hat I have tried so far is the SHoei. Noticably quieter. But the pressure it puts on my forehead is brutal.
