A quick coil (note that is singular) test is to put the distributor cap in
one hand and and with the other hit the start button. If you hop around the
shop flappin one arm like it's broken because you just took a hefty
jolt...you have a good coil.
You can also pull a spark plug, leave it in the cap and rest the end against
the case and crank the motor. looking for a nice fat spark. Repeat for the
other side.
an engine needs 3 things to run: spark, fuel, air. figure out which screwed
up and you'll get it running.
My bet is on timing.

Suggestions? All connections and wires are good, power to the coil, etc. I even switched out the coil with another and had nothing. Any way to test the coils?
