John this is timely for me too. Here I thought I was the only one with
relay problems.
The headlight relay I installed 2 months ago stopped switching last week.
( bought from a general Pep Boy type car parts store)
The one I got with my horn kit tested bad too. Seems shorted to both
outputs regardless of switching voltage.
The relay on the starter is a Bosch unit, metal can, looks 30 years old but
does its job.
Tomorrow I will hit up a foreign car place and get see if I can get a name
brand relay.
I'll be watching this loop site too for any other comments/tips
