Eric,
I use Permatex "Ultra Black". Also written on the tube is..." Sensor Safe
OEM Hi Temp RTV Silicone Gasket Maker". It doesn't have a number associated
with it but it is black.
I have used it on the header nuts as well and on the joint between the
header and the muffler. Seems to hold up well to the high heat.
