I you don't like the straight pipe sound...avoid the straight JC whitney
fishtails. under a c note for the pair, but they are too free flowing. I'm
gonna try to baffle them some and see if I get some performance back.
There is another pair from JC that has some baffling/muffling inside. I'll
try those on the ambo.

Which mufflers sound good, which sound bad? There aren't many Guzzis around here, and they all have more or less stock exhaust. (Except for a T-3 with straight pipies. Sounds good, but obnoxiously loud.) So I haven't had the chance to do much comparison shopping. I've heard people say that the best sounding muffler on a Guzzi is the Agostini "Mistral". But, so far as I can determine, those only come in the Sport-bike "cannister" style. Who's heard a system that sounds really sweet that fits our bikes, or one that should be avoided?
