I have never heard good
things about Amals on a Guzzi, but have never experienced them myself,

have info on them to add?
Don't know about Amals on Guzzis either, but in good condition they work
great. Probably the simplest carb to tune. They work very well on my
BSA. They are available brand new, so no need to suffer through the
usual indignities. Delorto does seem more proper though. The old V50 has
never had any carb related issues. Very reliable. I don't even know if
all that is worth .02 but so it goes.
