Charlie,
I used the cone type from MG Cycle. You might be on to something, though. Perhaps one of them might be restricting the movement of the push rod.....thanks for another avenue to check out!

Hi Bill,
Which style of clutch pushrod seals did you use (the multiple o-ring
sort or multiple cone-shaped type)? I've heard of the o-ring type
fitting excessively tight and restricting free movement of the rod. Just
a thought...
