John your right about the different sizes. Friend bought locking exhaust nuts and could not use them , fit too tight. We could not tighten up to pinch the header pipe . The same nuts screwed right in to my heads and worked good !

Because the left side was very losse on the header pipe,but the nut was not in all the way to the head. But still stuck. Theright side was tightened all the way up to the head. Wonder if the POhad a similar
