The aluminum has oxidized, disimilar metals causing electrolosis. Use an anti seize lube on the new parts.
I'd clean the threads up with a stiff brush. Take a hacksaw and cut diagonal grooves across the threads on the exhuast nut that is still in good shape. Making it a big tap. Use a wire wheel to clean the new exhaust "tap" you just made.
Now lube the "tap" and gently run it into the damaged head slowly.
After you are done clean out the head's exhaust threads.
The should work if the head isn't too badly damaged.

Because the left side was very losse on the header pipe, but the nut was not in all the way to the head. But still stuck. The right side was tightened all the way up to the head.
