I've used a length of 1/8 od hose quite successfully to replace the
headlight ring gasket.
JC Whitney sells, as does Walmart most likely, 7" reflectors that take the
H4 replacement bulbs. May be a cheaper route than replacing the entire
headlight. I've had very good success with this set up.

I made a gasket out of cardboard and wrapped it with little strips of duct tape. Took awhile but I was bored anyway, seems to work great so far. Another thing I found that might be handy for some of you guys. I took my old transmission input gear to Ace Hardware and found a nylon insert that fit perfectly into the shaft so that I had to lightly hammer it in and it stays on its own. It has a hole through the center of it that is exactly perfect for the bolt that screws into the crank end. So, this one nylon bush and a bolt and washer with no modifications turned my tranny input gear into a clutch centering tool. I've used it twice now with perfect results. Not sure of any part numbers but if you guys need it I can try to find it.
