Chuck,
I ride here in Nebraska EVERY DAY.
If it's icy or snow packed roads I put the Coupe Royale sidecar on.
If I can see the pavement then it's the Ambassarado minus sidecar.
Just this year I invested in Widder electric gear and IT IS THE BOMB!!
My sidecar is a fully enclosed fiberglass and I have an electric blanket
for my 5 year old so even when it's cold I can drop him off at school on
my way out of town to work. I have a 55 mile one way commute and riding
with a Big Red Ball of fire rising behind me, A nice visible moon
setting ahead of me and snow drifts alongside of me is a PERFECT WAY TO
START THE DAY.
Ride Safe,
Hacksaw

it's Detroit. Weatherman sez 20 deg F in the AM; high of 40. Sunny. The heck with the car - I took the bike to work today... It was friggin' GREAT! Can't wait to run errands this afternoon; I'm gonna get freaky looks for runnin Lucy the hotrod Dnepr on the 4th of Feb. Who else rides year round in the cold (below freezing)? Getting the bike dirty and lovin' every minute, Chuck. |
