John,
Your Indian is a thing of beauty, for sure!!! I too, thought about making some skirts for my Eldo when I was re-building it, but I got so caught up in just getting it road worthy that I gave the idea up. Fender skirts sure would look good on an Eldo, though. There's a Japanese motorcycle graveyard/used parts place near here that has a reproduction fiberglass Indian front fender complete with molded skirts that I considered trying to put on the Eldo, but my money was running short and I kinda gave up on the idea. Anyway, thanks for sharing the Indian pix with us! It's nice to see what others are up too in their endless quest for the love of motorcycling!

After mig welding the holes shut and trying to smooth out the rest of the fender, I gave up and bought a repop, sold the beat up one at a swap for half. I still have the SS skirts, although I have to tell you that they add another dimension to riding in a stiff breeze. It would be an neat project, though. John Prusnek
