Alan,
If you disassemble the petcock, there is a little rubber gasket in there that wears out and needs replaced. Mine were leaking and I bought a couple new gaskets from Dave at DB Cycles out at Mid Ohio Vintage Days. His shop is in Western New York,...Rochester, I think. He had some health problems for a while, but I think he still has a web site that you might be able to find a contact number. The gaskets were only a buck or two when I bought them the year before last.....and mine haven't leaked since......

Is it possible to rebuild the weeping petcocks on an Eldo?

I thought I read/heard somewhere that it could be done.

Thanks.
