| The mufflers on my '71 Ambo are originals, they weren't in bad enough shape to replace when I restored it. I can't speak for the repro mufflers out now with the larger holes, but my '69 Ambo came with what I think are period aftermarket mufflers that are open at the back http://myweb.core.com/photos/spajohn@raex.com/photos and it is indeed much peppier and has a nicer throatier sound. Anybody know what these are? |
Those kinda look like the ond Dunstall mufflers from the '70's.
